In such a situation, the Government of India has given the green light to a plan to create 20 lakh new jobs. For this, the government will have to spend crores of rupees. This will provide direct and indirect employment opportunities. Small business owners will also benefit from this and young people who are still wandering in search of new opportunities will have a chance to prove themselves.

Union Minister Piyush Goyal said on Friday that mega textile parks will be established at a cost of Rs 4,445 crore under the Pradhan Mantri Mitra Yojana. He said that 20 lakh people would get direct and indirect employment from these mega parks. These textile parks will be established in Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. Addressing a press conference here, he said that around Rs 70,000 crore domestic and foreign investment is estimated to be required to establish the state-of-the-art infrastructure of these mega textile parks. Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced on Friday that ‘Pradhan Mantri Mitra Mega Textile Parks’ will be established in seven states.
These conditions will have to be followed for the park in the state
Garment manufacturers said the mega park would help complete all aspects of manufacturing, including cutting, knitting and processing under one roof. This will also help in promoting textile orders. According to a media report, around 13 states had submitted 18 proposals for textile parks. In a statement, the Ministry of Textiles said state governments would provide suitable land of at least 1,000 acres when the park is established, with facilities for a stable power supply and water availability, as well as sewage disposal systems.
