The head of the company, Elon Musk, has said that now only users who have a blue tick will be able to take advantage of two-factor authentication (2FA) on this platform. Other users have also been instructed to remove this feature by March 19, 2023 and have been informed of Plan B for them. This means that users with a blue mark will get double the security.
In fact, since Elon Musk took the reins of Twitter, one thing or another continues to change in the company. First they made Blue Tick a paid service and now they have taken two steps regarding the security of user accounts.
