New Delhi. Crude prices have experienced a jump in the world market during the last 24 hours and the price of Brent crude has returned to around 84 dollars per barrel. The changes are also visible in the latest gasoline and diesel prices released by government oil companies on Tuesday morning. Today, oil prices have increased in many cities of Rajasthan and Maharashtra. However, the oil prices remain stable even today in the four metropolitan areas of the country like Delhi-Mumbai.
According to government oil companies, gasoline is currently selling 13 paise higher at Rs 108.54 a liter in Rajasthan’s capital Jaipur, while diesel is up 49 paise at Rs 93.85 a litre. Today, in the Aurangabad district of Maharashtra, the price of gasoline increased by 83 paise to Rs 106.96 per liter, while diesel has become more expensive from Rs 1.78 to Rs 95.94 per litre.
