On the other hand, the Andh Shraddha Elimination Committee has filed a written complaint in this regard with the Mira Road Police Station in Mumbai, accusing him of practicing witchcraft and promoting superstition. Along with this, now Bageshwar Maharaj has been challenged again by this committee that if he gives the correct answer out of 10 people, he will also get Rs 30 lakh from the committee.
But on the contrary, if you do not give the correct information, it will be assumed that you do not have such power. Shyam Manav of Andha Shraddha Unmool Samiti has reportedly alleged in a letter to Meerapur Police Station that Dhirendra Krishna Shastri actually practices witchcraft and claims to cure diseases by reciting mantras. All this in a way is promoting superstition. He has written in his letter that watching many videos of Dhirendra Shastri on YouTube also clearly confirms this fact.
Based on all these parameters, he has appealed to the Meerapur Police Station to take action against Bageshwar Maharaj and stop his proposed program. On the other hand, Shyam Manav has written in the complaint letter sent to the Meerapur police station on the committee’s letterhead that the Magical Remedies and Drugs Act 2013 is applicable in Maharashtra. In such a situation, any person is completely prohibited from spreading any kind of superstition. Despite this, if any person makes such a program, then he should not receive permission from the administration.
It is worth noting that on the same Friday, Maharashtra State Congress Chairman Nana Patole wrote a letter to Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis asking them not to allow any Bageshwar Maharaj Dhirendra Shastri shows in Maharashtra. Report that the Bageshwar Dhirendra Shastri show is scheduled for March 18-19 in the Mira Road area adjacent to the state capital Mumbai, in such a situation Nana Patole has written a letter to the Shinde government demanding that it be postponed Dhirendra Shastri’s program.
